On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Volunteer High School standout Kendra Huff’s current college team, the UVA Wise Cavaliers, lost 5-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Converse Valkyries.
The game took place at Winged Deer Park. This was their first matchup against the Valkyries this season.
The Cavaliers’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 13 at 12 p.m. at Bill Gatton Softball Field against North Greenville Crusaders.
