Dylan Thomson and Jacob Lovell of the King University bass fishing team competed at the Association of Collegiate Anglers (ACA) Bass Pro Shops Big Bass Bash present by Berkley over the weekend and finished 106th and 111th, respectively.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Fishing on day one, session four, Thomson finished with a total weight of 2.86 pounds.
- That gave him a 106th-place finish out of 200 boats.
- Lovell fished in session three on day one and finished with a total weight of 2.72 pounds.
- He finished 11th out of 200 boats.
- Parker Brown of Dallas Baptist University won the event with a total weight of 7.21 pounds. He finished in day one, session three.
- The Tornado are in action again on October 8-9 at ACA Aftco Collegiate Bass Open. The tournament is scheduled to take place at Lake Dardanelle in Russellville, Ark.
