The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate John Mario Clark, John Clark for Congress, refunded $2,800 to Scot A. Fisher on January 21, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

John Clark for Congress refunded $5,600 total since August 1, 2019.
