On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Dobyns Bennett High School standout Sophie Dean’s current college team, the Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters, won 11-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Lees-McRae Bobcats.

The game took place at Dorothy Neely Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Bobcats this season.

The Railsplitters’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 4 p.m. at Dorothy Neely Softball Complex against Tiffin Dragons.
